You Can Do It! Ready to Improve Your Health and Fitness?
If you’re reading this, you’re thinking about taking a step towards improving your health and fitness, and I’m here to tell you—you can absolutely do it!
With the running boom now taking Australia by storm, now is the perfect time to start working on your fitness. Running is one of the easiest and most effective ways to get fit, and I’m not talking about running a marathon. If you haven’t run in years (maybe not since high school PE class), don’t worry—I’ve got you covered.
Follow my simple 2-week program, and I promise you’ll feel more energized, healthier, and mentally sharper! But here’s the deal: you’ve got to commit to just two weeks.
How to Get Started
The hardest part is always taking that first step—literally. Getting out the door and going for a walk or run can feel like a challenge, but trust me, the benefits will follow if you stick with it. Physical fitness requires dedication, but the results are totally worth it.
Your 2-Week Program
Let’s dive into it! Here’s the plan:
Day 1:
20-minute session
1 minute of slow running, 4 minutes of walking (Repeat)
Total running time: 4 minutes
Day 3:
25-minute session
1 minute of slow running, 4 minutes of walking (Repeat)
Total running time: 5 minutes
Day 5:
30-minute walk (No running today, focus on walking)
Day 7:
20-minute session
2 minutes of slow running, 3 minutes of walking (Repeat)
Total running time: 8 minutes
Day 9:
25-minute session
2 minutes of slow running, 3 minutes of walking (Repeat)
Total running time: 10 minutes
Day 11:
35-minute walk (Again, no running today—just walking)
Day 13:
35-minute session
1 minute of running, 4 minutes of walking (Repeat)
Total running time: 7 minutes
You Can Do This!
That's it! In just two weeks, you'll have followed a simple yet effective routine of alternating walking and running. If you stick with it, you’ll start seeing real improvements in your fitness level.
